Gas Works Perimeter Framework Belfast

Working with EDAW on their framework agreement with the Laganside Corporation, we were asked to produce a development strategy for the Gas Works Perimeter Framework Belfast.

The study was complicated by the need to keep a reservation for the future Ormeau Link Road through the site. The intention was to create an urban structure which would integrate with the Markets area to the north.
