Urban and rural settlements of all scales have been evolving for centuries. To regenerate them in a holistic way requires an understand of their key structuring elements such as streets, plots, blocks and spaces.
We seek to connect these physical components with an appreciation of their accompanying social and economic structure – including local property market realities. In addition we aim to integrate needs such as local services, health and education, with transport and open space infrastructure.
We believe that thinking at the neighbourhood and small town level is the most appropriate way to secure realistic and deliverable solutions to which communities can relate.
